An easy and relaxing movement class to help us slow down and reconnect with ourselves. You’ll be guided verbally to explore simple movements at a gentle pace, often lying down on a mat, with the focus on the richness of sensation we experience while moving.
Immersing ourselves in physical sensation gives our bodies an opportunity to relax and let go of unnecessary tensions, while thoughts about what has happened, and what might yet happen, melt away leaving us feeling calm, refreshed and present.
Everyone is welcome. No previous dance or movement experience needed.

Malcolm is known in the dance world as a teacher who supports performers to cultivate deep physical knowledge of themselves. His approach to teaching is rooted in the Feldenkrais Method while the material he presents in class is wide-ranging.
