Shapeshifting : body

18th and 19th April 2026
Shapeshifting is the word I use to describe the feeling when all of myself is moving; not so much a feeling of all my parts moving in coordination, but rather a feeling of moving as one unified field of activity.

In this movement workshop, I’ll guide you through a range of somatic processes through which I aim to share this experience.

Shapeshifting : attention

23-24th May 2026
What if we’ve got that mind-body relationship thing the wrong way around? What if it’s not the mind that lives in the body but the body that lives in the mind?

You’ll be guided through a process to experience your expansive perceptual body and then encouraged to move in order to unwind, to better find rest and stillness.
